Notice is hereby given of an Extraordinary General Meeting of the

Old Bexleians’ Association

To be held at: Bexley Grammar School on:

Saturday 27th September 2008 at 6pm.

(As the 2007 AGM was not quorate this year’s meeting must be an EGM)

Minutes of the 2006 AGM.

Matters arising.

Annual Report including future plans for the Association. (The proposed changes will be outlined in the next OBA Newsletter and posted on the OBA website.)

Treasurer’s Report.

Amendments to the Constitution:

8.5 proposed change ‘The Accounting year of the Association shall end on the 31st May’ to ‘The Accounting year of the Association shall end on the 31st August’.

10.1 proposed change ‘…..months of June or July’ to ‘….September or October’

Subscriptions 2008-2009.

Election of Officers:

Chairman 2008 - 3 year term

President: proposed Mr J Welch

Executive Members: up to 4

Auditors(s)
